Practical Policy
If the Recipient Isn’t Home
We never leave sensitive flowers out in rain or freezing mountain air. When the door goes unanswered, our courier first dials the recipient. With their consent, we safely deposit the arrangement with an immediate neighbor or building concierge.
If no safe custodian is available, we return the flowers to our climate-controlled studio water vessels and schedule a complimentary second delivery attempt for later that evening or the following morning.
Offices & Clinics
Business & Hospital Deliveries
Delivering to Coresi Business Park, County Hospital (Spitalul Județean), or a local hotel? Provide the recipient’s department, company name, floor, or room number during checkout.
Hospital deliveries are coordinated through the main reception or nurse station according to internal visiting regulations. Our couriers verify the department before handover.
Handcrafted Care • Local Pickup
Every Stem Inspected. Every Word Written by Hand. Ready in the Old Town.
Every gift bouquet leaves our bench with a complimentary handwritten card printed on tactile heavy cardstock, tucked safely into natural kraft paper with care guidelines for watering and light.
Handwritten Gift Messages
Add your personal note on any product configurator page. We transcribe your exact words using archival fountain ink on Italian paper stock, nestled inside a sealed envelope.
5-Day Freshness Guarantee
We source our stems from ethical growers multiple times each week. If your arrangement wilts unexpectedly within 5 days of care, text us a photo and we replace it promptly.
